1.1 About the Platform

tkpk6 is an online betting and casino platform operated for players in Bangladesh. These terms form a legal agreement between tkpk6 and users of its services. "Platform" refers to tkpk6's website, mobile application, and all related digital services.

1.2 Key Definitions

• "User" or "Member" — Any person registered on tkpk6.
• "Account" — Each user's personal profile and wallet.
• "Deposit" — Funds added to an account by the user.
• "Withdrawal" — A transfer of funds from an account to a bank or mobile banking service.
• "Bonus" — Additional balance credited to users as an incentive by tkpk6.
• "Bet" or "Wager" — Risking a specific amount of money on a game or sporting event.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The total betting amount that must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn.

2.1 Age Requirement

The tkpk6 platform is for users aged 21 and above only. When creating an account, you must confirm that you are at least 21 years old. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. If evidence is found that a user has violated the age requirement, the account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 Eligibility to Participate

• You must operate a valid account in your own name.
• Each user may hold only one account — multiple accounts are prohibited.
• You must have full legal and mental capacity to engage in active betting.
• Individuals who have placed a self-exclusion on betting are not permitted to use the platform.

3.1 Registration Process

To open an account on tkpk6, you must provide accurate and complete information. tkpk6 reserves the right to cancel any account if the information provided at registration is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete. You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

To ensure the security of financial transactions, tkpk6 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. The following documents may be requested for verification:

• Scanned copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• OTP for mobile number verification
• Proof of residence (where applicable)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method

The withdrawal process may be on hold until verification is complete.

3.3 Account Security

If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify the tkpk6 support team immediately. You are responsible for all activity on your account, unless a security breach was caused by tkpk6.

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on tkpk6 is ৳100, and this applies to all payment methods. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if verification has not been completed.
• tkpk6 reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals in cases of unusual or suspicious transactions.

4.3 Currency & Conversion

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not possible. tkpk6 reserves the right to change the availability or limits of payment methods at any time, and users will be given appropriate notice before any changes take effect.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a welcome bonus of up to 150% on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500; or depositing ৳12,000 gives the maximum ৳8,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳20,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To make any bonus withdrawable after claiming it, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit and bonus combined. For example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = ৳15,000 in total wagers must be placed before winnings earned on the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have its own detailed terms and conditions.
• Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same household or IP address is prohibited.
• If bonus abuse is found, the bonus may be cancelled and the account may be suspended.
• tkpk6 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Bonuses cannot be converted to cash or transferred to another person.

5.4 VIP Program

tkpk6's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Bronze members receive up to 0.5% weekly cashback, Silver members receive up to 1.0%, and Gold members receive up to 1.5% weekly cashback. Members can progressively move to higher tiers based on their gaming activity and consistency.

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets on tkpk6 are final once confirmed and cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is incorrectly calculated due to a technical error, tkpk6 reserves the right to make a correction. tkpk6's decisions regarding game operations are final and binding.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

• If an event is cancelled or abandoned, bets are generally voided and funds are returned.
• No bet can be cancelled after an event has started.
• Displayed odds are subject to change, and the odds at the time of bet confirmation are final.
• Placing opposing bets on the same outcome in a single event is prohibited.

6.3 Casino Game Rules

Each casino game has its own rules, which are described in detail within the game interface. If a game session is interrupted due to a technical disruption, tkpk6 will attempt to void the result of that hand and return the staked amount. For live games, the rules of the game provider (such as Evolution Gaming, Ezugi) also apply.

7.1 Fraudulent Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited, and any violation may result in account cancellation as well as legal action:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Strategic or systematic betting for the purpose of meeting bonus requirements (Bonus Abuse / Arbing).
• Taking unfair advantage of technical errors.
• Playing through automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Money laundering or illegal financial activity.

7.2 Other Prohibited Activities

• Operating an account on behalf of a third party.
• Harassing other users or attempting to damage the platform's reputation.
• Providing false identity information or documents.
• Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's systems.

8.1 Suspension by tkpk6

tkpk6 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause in these terms and conditions.
• Suspicious financial activity or suspected fraud.
• Failure to respond to a verification request.
• For investigative purposes or at the direction of authorities.

8.2 Account Closure at User's Request

If you wish to close your own account, please notify our support team. Any valid balance that meets withdrawal conditions will be returned before the account is closed. Applicable terms will continue to apply to any bonus-related balance.

9.1 Service Availability

tkpk6 strives to provide uninterrupted service at all times, but occasional temporary disruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or internet outages. tkpk6 is not obligated to provide compensation for such disruptions, but will work to resolve them as quickly as possible.

9.2 Betting-Related Losses

Betting inherently carries financial risk. tkpk6 is not responsible for financial losses resulting from losing bets. Each player is responsible for their own decisions. We always recommend responsible gaming.

9.3 Third-Party Content

Games supplied by third-party game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft) are available on the tkpk6 platform. tkpk6 bears limited liability for the operations of these providers, game outcomes, or technical issues on their part.

tkpk6 reserves the right to partially or fully update these rules and terms and conditions at any time. Users will be given advance notice of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered as your acceptance of the new terms.

12.2 Severability and Entirety

If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. This document constitutes the entire agreement between tkpk6 and the user and supersedes any prior oral or written understandings.
